Vision boards are a powerful and creative way for adults and children to visualize their goals and aspirations. A vision board is a collage of images, words, and affirmations representing what you want to achieve in various areas of your life, such as career, health, relationships, and personal growth.
For adults making a vision board can be a reflective and empowering experience. We gather materials like magazines, scissors, glue, and a poster board. Take some time to think about your goals and dreams, then cut out images and words that resonate with you. Arrange them on the board in a way that feels inspiring and meaningful, and display the board in a space where you’ll see it regularly to keep your aspirations front and center.
For children creating a vision board can be a fun and imaginative project. Encourage them, to think about what they want to learn, achieve, or experience. Provide colorful materials and let them express their creativity as they cut out and arrange pictures and phrases. This activity fosters their ability to set goals and enhances their self-expression and confidence.
Ultimately, vision boards serve as a motivational tool that helps individuals, regardless of age, to clarify their intentions and manifest their dreams.
Art supplies and magazines will be provided. It is okay to bring your own supplies to customize your vision board.
