Indora is a formal Ashtanga yoga instructor, who trained was through Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville California in 2004. She has integrated many different styles of yoga over the years that she has acquired during ongoing training.
Her passion is to guide others into bliss with my teaching. Her motto is to teach to learn. She makes her classes accessible to all levels. The class she will teach is going to be a gentle flow. Indora Chaviaras is also available for massage and Real estate needs.

She has spent her career working at Liberty Bank. As a Certified Reflexologist and a Reiki Master/ Teacher, her true passion is in helping and serving others with their physical ailments. Guided Healing services can be provided at The Red Barn in Durham, lower level or back entrance.

Tina is offering mini Biofield Tuning sessions. She feels that healing starts from within. After experiencing health issues, she discovered Reiki, which started her on the part of natural healing. She is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Reiki Practitioner, Universal White Time Healer (UWHT), and Universal White Time Gemstone Practitioner (L1 & L2). Along with Energy Healing, she works with Tuning Forks both on the body and in the area around the body (Biofield). She is a certified, Biofield Tuning Practitioner, and Vibrational Fascia Release Technique Practitioner (VERT). Her interest in helping people further led her to become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
